Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 24 hours easy no questions asked returns and exchanges for the same products right from MAXTOR service. To ensure a smooth exchange process, kindly remember to bring your purchased voucher with you when visiting our store. Please note that items can only be exchanged for items within the same category and must not have any damages or removed tags. Please note that a service charge of 1500 Kyats will be applicable for exchanges made in our Experience Stores. No refunds in bank due to the high cost of shipping and exchanges we do not want to pass on to our customers. Extremely sorry for that though ! 

Items Purchased with Discounts or Offers

Products bought together under any discount or promotional offer are not eligible for return/replacement, unless a manufacturing defect is found in the main product.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed in the main product, the purchase (excluding bundled items) may be eligible for replacement only, subject to inspection.

Products bought through Special Offer or discount campaigns are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange. No returns allowed.

If for some reason we are unable to pick up your calls, feel free to drop us a text on telegram. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

There are some areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service, you can self-ship the products in MAXTOR's store.
